Back in the day bread wasn’t really in the limelight when it came to sandwiches. It was just a convenient and portable carrier. But during the past decades, consumers have started to realize that bread isn’t ‘just’ bread. It might be a mixture of the same things – flour, yeast, water, fat, salt and sugar – but the quality of raw materials and the bread leavening and baking process play a huge part as well.
